Game Balance

- [p]The Mana channeling talent now gives flat Mana instead of a percentage.[/p]
- [p]Iron Workbench now costs Planks instead of Wood.[/p]
- [p]Burn debuffs no longer always refresh on new applications, but only when they have more total damage than the current remaining burn debuff.[/p]
- [p]Increased the amount of Scarab Wingcovers found in the Desert of Beginnings.[/p]
- [p]Increased amount of Mechanical Parts sold by the Cloaked Merchant.[/p]
- [p]Increased the health of the Floracada.[/p]

- [p]Weapons of the same type will now be displayed with the same sprite size more consistently when dropped or placed inside a pedestal. [/p]
