
Camera and Controls
- Added Gore option in multiplayer
- Added option to rotate the camera by 15 degrees.
- Added option to completely disable dash/teleport on the thumbstick.
- Added option to end Bullet Time when a dash, jump, or somersault is performed.
- Added option to use the trackpad instead of thumbstick click for Valve Index devices. [PCVR Only]
- Added option for delayed grip to release objects after a short amount of time.
- Added option for Bladewave Aim-Assist, the bladewave will fly towards where the headset is facing.
- Improved the hand offsets when using the Bow, Axe, Shotgun, and Rifle.
- If the system does not detect any Pause Menu bindings, the player must simultaneously press both top buttons to access the Pause Menu. [PCVR Only]
User Interface and Experience
- Added Player ID into the profile page
- Added text for region and number of players in the MP canvas.
- Added current region and player count in the Connected MP canvas.
- Extended the connection time to the MP server before timing out.
- Added a cancel button when waiting for a connection from the MP server.
- Added a page for Augments to show the progression for skills.
- Added a UI pop-up that explains what happens when the player leaves a run.
- Removed the Lobby button..
Gameplay Improvements:
- Barrels will explode when they are shot.
- Players can now fan the pistol while their other hand is occupied.
- The enemy health bar will change color to reflect its status, indicating whether it is invulnerable, blocking, or has shields.
- Updated somersault, somersaulting will provide better angles for easier attacking.
- When a golden totem is broken, it will spawn a golden wisp that will fly to the closest treasure chest.
Progression and Balance:
- Auxiliary skills no longer gain mastery when their respective skills gain mastery. Auxiliary skill crystals have been added.
- Both Gluttony and Fire Minion's thrown projectile have been changed to a bomb, exploding only after a delay
- Challenger's Token has been added as part of the Shop. Challenger's Token grants the bearer another life during a run.
- Decreased the amount of souls required to rank up a skill.
- Explosive Death has been changed to enemies to drop a bomb upon death.
- The Hellhound can now be infused with elemental power by infusing its toy.
- Increased the duration of the Hellhound's Elemental infusion.
- Increased the upper limit of Unarmed combo from 5 to 7.
- Mana cost is slightly reduced when 'Pumping Iron' is active.
- Magic explosions like the Fireball will damage Corruption's Rings when it is tired.
- Melee weapons now have improved health regeneration and will leech a percentage of the damage to health.
- Players can now activate AOE Magic by pulling 1 magic orb apart with both hands while holding down the trigger.
- Reduced enemy projectile speed based on difficulty.
- Rearranged the order of the skills unlocked: • Frost Magic is now unlocked at level 3, previously level 5. • Axe is now unlocked at level 5, previously level 7. • Bow is now unlocked at level 6, previously level 8. • Volt Magic is now unlocked at level 8, previously level 10. • Unarmed is now unlocked at level 10, previously level 11. • Shotgun is now unlocked at level 12, previously level 13.
Bug Fixes and Optimization
- Fixed bug where the client receives more resources in MP.
- Fixed bug where Forged Traits in Challenge Mode are not gold in color.
- Fixed bug where the player's dash does not reach the destination during Bullet Time.
- Fixed a bug where certain Trophies (A Bloody Sweep and Secrets of Suffering) couldn't be unlocked. [PSVR2 Only]
- Optimized Laser/Haze/Charge magic which causes Quest users to Crash. [Quest Only]
