Hi Maplers,  We are excited to announce that the v.258 update will include a [u][b]beta [/b][/u]feature enabling the trading of various cosmetic items through the Steam Community Market. Access to this functionality will be available in-game and will include the ability to manage or add items into your respective Steam Inventory! [b]What is the Steam Community Market?[/b]

• A dedicated marketplace within the Steam platform, where players can trade items using the Steam Wallet.
• The value of Steam marketplace items is determined by player transactions and prices may fluctuate according to supply and demand.
• Items that can be traded have no impact on in-game balance, and players neither lose nor gain anything even if they do not purchase any items.

[b]Trading Guidelines:[/b] [b]Eligible Accounts[/b]

• Nexon accounts linked with a Steam account can access the in-game Steam Inventory UI.
• The linked Steam account must meet Steam's eligibility requirements for using the Steam Community Market.
• Once your Steam account is linked, you can still access your Steam Inventory UI in the game even if you launch MapleStory through the Nexon Launcher.

[b]Target Worlds & Regions[/b]

• Trades can be made in both Interactive and Heroic Worlds, and can even be made between Interactive and Heroic Worlds.
• Trades can be made in both North America and Europe regions, and can even be made between the two regions. 

[b]Target Items[/b]

• Cosmetic items from Surprise Style Boxes sold from [b]January 2017 until now[/b] are included in the list of items that can be traded.[list]
• This restriction is to help better verify the stability of trades during this beta service period.
• The list of items is subject to change at any time.

[/*][*]Only items that are [b][u]untradable[/u][/b] can be sold in the Steam Community Market. As such, items purchased from the Steam Community Market will be untradeable in-game. So, please be mindful when trading.[/*][/list] [b]Oswell's Scissors of Karma:[/b] [b]What are Oswell's Scissors of Karma?[/b]

• In order to trade items from Global MapleStory, [b]Oswell’s Scissors of Karma[/b] must be used to move an item from your inventory to your Steam Inventory.
• Only items that have been moved to your Steam Inventory can be viewed in the Steam Community Market storage.
