As the Steam Community Market (BETA) feature is scheduled to close, we want to share important steps to help you prepare for the upcoming changes. Please review the following carefully and take action before all related service ends on [b]August 27, 2025[/b] before maintenance.
[b]Available features in the Steam Community Market until the August 27, 2025 maintenance[/b]
- Purchase items listed on the Steam Community Market.
- Cancel any active listings on the Steam Community Market.
- List items for sale from your Steam Inventory to the Steam Community Market.
- Claim items from your Steam Inventory to your in-game character's inventory. (Use NPC Maple Administrator)
- [b]Item Retrieval Process (Steam → Game)[/b][list]
- Items from the Steam Inventory can be moved to your in-game inventory.
- These items can only be moved by the same character who originally registered the item.
- Please note that items not moved into your in-game inventory [b]before the August 27, 2025 maintenance[/b] will become unretrievable and refunds will no longer be available.
- Refunds will be issued as a Maple Point Coupon through the Maple Administrator NPC if you meet the following requirements.
- Issue either a 3,000 or 6,000 Maple Point Coupon based on the original purchase price.
- Remove Oswell's Scissors of Karma
- Issue either a 3,000 or 6,000 Maple Point Coupon based on the original purchase price
- Remove the effect from the item
- When talking to the Maple Administrator NPC, refunds will not be issued if the Oswell's Scissors of Karma or an item with the effect applied are not in your character's inventory.
- Items in the Cash Shop Inventory or Item Storage must be claimed and moved to your character's in-game inventory to receive a refund.
- Items in your Steam Inventory cannot be refunded. You must move them to the in-game inventory to receive a refund.
