We would like to begin by genuinely thanking everyone who joined us at Maple Con LA 2025 and expressed their support for the MapleStory community. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and passion you brought to the event.
Although there were moments throughout the event that were filled with joy and excitement for MapleStory, we also recognize that there were shortcomings as well. We would like to extend our deepest apologies for the event attendees that were affected by these inconveniences and share additional information regarding them.
An unexpected central server outage of a 3rd party POS and order management systems caused a major disruption to merchandise operations, leading to delays and incomplete order fulfillment. In addition, miscommunication between Nexon America, our event partners, and the venue staff contributed to poor coordination around entry lines and overall crowd management.
We take full responsibility for these issues and deeply regret the impact they had on your experience.

We are conducting a thorough internal review of all Maple Con LA 2025 operations. This includes strengthening cross-team communication and improving vendor management for future events.
