In-game changes
[p]NPC Oswell will be removed, and items can be retrieved and refunded through the Maple Administrator NPC in the Event Hall.[/p]- [p]Item Retrieval Process (Steam → Game)[/p][list]
- [p]Items from the Steam Inventory can be moved to your in-game inventory.[/p][/*]
- [p]These items can only be moved by the same character who originally registered the item.[/p][/*]

- [p]Refunds will be issued as a Maple Point Coupon through the Maple Administrator NPC if you meet the following requirements.[/p][/*]

Notice:
- [p]When talking to the Maple Administrator NPC, refunds will not be issued if the Oswell's Scissors of Karma or an item with the effect applied are not in your character's inventory.[/p][/*]
- [p]Items in the Cash Shop Inventory or Item Storage must be claimed and moved to your character's in-game inventory to receive a refund.[/p][/*]
- [p]Items in your Steam Inventory cannot be refunded. You must move them to the in-game inventory to receive a refund.[/p][/*]
