Greetings Maplers, On [b]May 3rd[/b], at[b] 5:19 AM PDT[/b], Kronos servers experienced significant stability issues. To swiftly resolve this issue, the Kronos server was temporarily shut down and restarted for Kronos users to quickly return to the game.  We understand this issue had a significant impact on some players. We are currently reviewing the cause and will be performing the following in an upcoming Server Maintenance:

• Resolve the Steam Market issue leading to the server crash.
• Enable Steam Market for all users.
• Provide compensation to impacted Kronos players.

We will have more details to share soon. Please keep an eye on this post for more information on when the maintenance will occur. Players who experienced a rollback during the time of the server issue, please report it to our Player Support team and we will do our best to respond sincerely to each case.  Please be advised that response times may be affected due to a high volume of support requests.
