[dynamiclink href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/3509420"][/dynamiclink]We've spent a lot of last year implementing systems and infrastructure for the game (we are coding it from scratch), and we are now finally at a stage where we can produce [b]new features quickly[/b].

These are the [b]highlights[/b] over the last few weeks:

Harvester

This is a [b]manned work vehicl[/b]e that is able to harvest surface resources (like [b]Iron[/b], [b]Ice[/b] or [b]Silicates)[/b] faster than individual colonists.

It can carry a bunch of resources at once, and deposit then in a [b]Storage Area [/b]or [b]Cargo Bay.[/b]

This is an intermediate step in the mining tech tree, before you can fully automate it using [b]bots[/b] and [b]drones[/b].

Regolith Furnace

This is an [i]automatic exterior production[/i] structure you get right at the start. It compacts [b]Regolith[/b] into [b]Blocks[/b] that can then be used to build some of the [i]opaque domes[/i] and [i]structures[/i].

Ice Melter

This is the initial water production structure. At the beginning before you can automate water production using [b]Water Extractors[/b], you will be able to mine [b]Ice [/b]and take it here to be melted, to produce [b]Water[/b].

Monomer Refinery

This structure can harvest [i]CO2[/i] from the atmosphere (if the planet has one, otherwise this structure is not available), and combine with [i]H20[/i] using [b]electricity[/b] to produce [b]Monomers[/b].

These can then be used in the [b]Processing Plant [/b]to create [b]Plastic[/b]. This is an alternative production chain to complement [b]Bioplastic[/b] produced from [b]Starch[/b].

Power Console

This is a console located in the [b]Control Center [/b]that monitors power generating structures like the [url="https://clan.akamai.steamstatic.com/images//10221286/fd691335646f96c3df5873a982ae917706e94ddd.png"]Nuclear Reactor[/url], [url="https://clan.akamai.steamstatic.com/images//45544288/e2cf97c4138ac73c6ee9567d8e029452f508c276.png"]Geothermal Plant[/url] and [b]Fusion Reactor[/b].

Radio Antenna

The [b]Radio Antenna[/b] is making a comeback from Planetbase 1, but this time around with a [b]much larger[/b] variety of events and types of visitors, that will have different [b]needs[/b] and [b]rewards[/b].

The place you control the [b]Radio Antennas[/b] from.
