This patch includes:

Fix for players getting stuck in the "Joining players" screen.
Fix for the Toxic event cell bundle being locked by default.
Fix for the SPEC causing large objects to disappear from your hands.
Crash fix on Xbox related to spatial audio.
Fix related to attack anticipation position
Fix for players not receiving their poster after completing Genesis trials.
