You also might've noticed already that there is a new option when launching the game: "Play Bellwright (Skip loading mods)". What it does is it loads the game as if no mods are installed for that one game session, but it does not mess with your load order or mod states.
Its primary use is to be able to launch the game and disable a mod that might be causing a crash on startup if you accidentally enable an outdated mod that doesn't work on this version of the game yet. Afterwards, just restart the game normally and it will load all the enabled mods.
