Welcome to Ranked Mode
Treasure hunting is a very competitive line of work. That’s why Renegades should feel right at home in the new PvP-focused Ranked Mode. It’s the Treasure Hunt mode that you know and love, but this time around, winning gets you closer to exclusive rewards, and losing hurts just a little more. The stakes have never been higher! To queue up for Ranked, simply switch between CASUAL and RANKED in the Game Modes selector.
Ranked: Key Features
The moment-to-moment gameplay of Ranked Mode is quite similar to your standard Treasure Hunt, but with some notable distinctions.- Rankings and Rewards: Winning in Ranked Mode improves your ranking and unlocks exclusive rewards, so you can show off your treasure-hunting prowess to other Renegades out on the hunt. Let everyone know how much of a legend you really are!
- Played with Trios: Ranked is played exclusively in Treasure Hunt (Squads). Competition is always more fun as a team!
- Separate Queue: Ranked matches will generally only include players who’ve also queued up for Ranked. If you need more players, we’ll pull Renegades from the regular non-Ranked matchmaking queue (these players will not have their rank affected and will not be able to squad up with Ranked players).
- No Bots: To the disappointment of our AI overlords, Ranked Mode will not feature any bot Renegades (though Disciples and other foes are still very much kicking about).

Ranking System & Rewards
The ranking system in HAWKED contains six ranks: Rookie, Prospect, Respected, Iconic, Notorious, and Legend. Each rank (with the exception of Legend) contains five divisions (e.g. Rookie I, Prospect III, Iconic IV, etc.). All Renegades start at the rank of Rookie (I) with 0 Rating Points. After every successfully completed match, you’ll gain Rating Points and rise through the divisions to reach the next rank. Once a new rank is achieved, you can unlock an exclusive Banner and Weapon Pattern that’s only accessible to other Renegades of the same rank. The highest rank awarded is Legend. This most prestigious title can be held by a maximum of 100 players at a time, so you’re in for a challenge. From there, ranking is determined solely based on Rating Points. How Ranking Works
All you need to know about playing Ranked Mode and how to become a Renegade Legend.- Once Account Level 10 is reached, you will be eligible to queue up for a Ranked match. There are no other prerequisites.
- You start with 0 Rating Points at the rank of Rookie (I).
- After accumulating 1,000 Rating Points, you will advance to Rookie (II) and will be required to wager some of your Rating Points every time you queue up for a Ranked match.
- The amount of Rating Points required to wager depends on your rank and division.
- For example: If you have a bad losing streak while you’re on Respected V, you won’t drop to Respected IV.
- For example: If a player reaches Notorious rank, the lowest rank they can drop to is Notorious I.
- Even if your head’s not in the game, you won’t lose everything you’ve achieved in Ranked Mode and still have a chance to make a comeback.
