! Bugs fixed:
- [p]Updated a lot of untranslated words and broken characters. More notable changes include all location names now translating, level-up titles, resource names and descriptions, and various others.[/p][/*]
- [p]Made ability icon cooldowns display correctly (as always available) when the player has 100% ability cooldown reduction.[/p][/*]
- [p]Clamped elemental defense at 100%.[/p][/*]
- [p]Fix for boat markers not moving with boat when driven away by someone else.[/p][/*]
- [p]Fix boat markers sometimes jittering when moving.[/p][/*]
