We have been preparing a fun update for December, and thought it best to put out a patch now to fix some bugs and make some meaningful changes to the camera system. [/p][p][/p][p]I'm still open to making further changes to the camera if needed, but I think we have nailed it now. [/p][p]~ Julian[/p][p][/p]
~ Camera Changes:
- [p]Inverted the default camera tilt, as it was the opposite of what most people are used to (you can still invert it back in the game settings)[/p][/*]
- [p]Added smooth-scrolling to camera zoom so it's not bound by only 3 zoom levels[/p][/*]
- [p]Changed the smoothing settings and sensitivity levels for the camera[/p][/*]
- [p]Added new sliders in settings to adjust camera sensitivity and zoom sensitivity[/p][/*]
- [p]The camera now adjusts when you tilt to look at the horizon, making it easier to see into the distance while moving around.[/p][/*]
- [p]Slightly altered the FOV of the camera [/p][/*]
~ Bug Fixes and Changes:
- [p]Fixed interact objects such as beds, chests, campfires, etc, becoming locked and not clickable[/p][/*]
- [p]Fixed an exploit where holding down the attack input after starting the press during the crit window of a tool would result in all subsequent attacks being crits[/p][/*]
- [p]Optimised enemy loading speed to improve frames in the dungeons while lots of enemies are spawning[/p][/*]
- [p]Fixed moving farm plots in edit mode not working correctly[/p][/*]
- [p]Several changes to help prevent cases where character data can become corrupt[/p][/*]
- [p]Added distant black fog in the caves [/p][/*]
- [p]Fixed the Cane Torch not properly fading away in buildings[/p][p][/p][/*]
