Daily Login Update – Coming May 1st
We’re updating how daily login rewards work, starting May 1st. Currently, players receive one of each key rarity, but we’re shifting to Master Keys only.
Why the change?
- Master Keys can offer any reward rarity, giving you more chances at what you actually want
- This adds more variety and value to your daily login streaks
- The change starts May 1st, just in time for Season 2
We’ve heard your feedback and believe this tweak adds more flexibility and potential rewards each day you log in.

Profile Tab Rewards Now Live
You can now earn Master Crypt Keys, Emotes, Emblems, and Victory Poses just by levelling up each character. It's a big boost to progression—and it’s all tracked through the Profile tab.

Here’s what’s changed:
- All progression rewards are now automatically granted
- If you’ve levelled up recently, check your Profile tab to claim any backlog
- Rewards are character-specific, so there’s more reason than ever to try new playstyles
This update makes progression in Deceit 2 more rewarding, more visible, and a lot more satisfying.

Emblem System Support (Coming Soon)
Emblem system support is now included in-game, laying the groundwork for player profile customisation. While the feature is currently disabled, you may notice traces of it as we finalise the launch experience.

We're holding back the release briefly to ensure everything functions as intended. Once live, players will be able to personalise their profiles and display earned emblems—starting with the Deceit 1 legacy emblems we committed to before launch.

Legacy Update – Progressing Well
Many of you have been asking about the Legacy Update. We’re happy to report that internal testing and limited community tests have been going very well. We’re seeing a lot of positive feedback, and we’re continuing to polish and improve the experience based on what we’re seeing.
Thanks to everyone who's taken the time to help test it—your feedback has been invaluable. We look forward to the next round of testing on Thursday 24th April.

That’s everything for Update 1.3! We hope you enjoy the Easter Event and all the quality-of-life changes we’ve made. Season 2 is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next.
See you in The Ritual!
Improvements:
- Some collection tabs have been turned from 3x3 grids to a list of all the items. This allows us to delete single-use assets and decrease the game size.
- Skins are now listed in order of rarity.
- Added VFX to implant when voting
- Mic HUD icon colour now matches the team that is talking (e.g. Infected voice chat will have the mic icon turn red, Soulbound is purple)
Increase speed on various tasks:
- [Millhaven] Safe (reduced the potential maximum amount of turns to unlock)
- [Blackthorne Manor] Graveyard Zombies
- [Blackthorne Manor] Seagulls
Fixes:
- [Fixed] Monkey bananas wouldn’t spawn in Blackthorne Manor
