  • [p]Existing saves remain compatible with Update 1.2. Villages from earlier versions will automatically be set to Bell Tower Tier 2, applying the new villager and radius limits[/p][/*]

Bug Fixes

[p]We have made a significant effort to improve the game’s performance in a variety of areas. We upgraded Unreal Engine to 5.6, implemented landscape streaming and dynamic skeletal mesh generation, mitigated RAM usage, added crash safeguards, updated FSR, reworked netcode, optimized multiple specific elements of the game, and more.[/p][p]Hopefully, this will result in a more stable and enjoyable experience for you.[/p][p][/p]

Gameplay

  • [p]Fixed player being able to place two Guard Posts in a single Hunter’s Hut.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed some instances where actual production numbers did not match the expected values.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed player having access to items in storage that are outside the village radius.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed player being able to jump attack with tools.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed burning status effect being able to trigger twice.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed the respawn option not working for characters who have more than 100 HP.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed the fast travel costing 3 coins instead of 5 when the player unlocks the Dignitary perk at level 1.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed farm crops disappearing after the season change, when they are still harvestable.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed Neutral Villages not blocking simple structures.[/p][/*]

Combat

  • [p]Fixed the hand not holding a spear or naginata during the backward dash in FPP mode.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed player sometimes getting stuck in the shooting state while using the bow and other inputs.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed XP rewards for killing enemies with a bow not being affected by XP modifiers.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed enemies being able to override poise break with block or dodge.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed player being able to shoot a bow while staggered by poise break.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed bow remaining drawn when starting a dialogue with an NPC.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed perks reducing weapon's stamina usage don't work.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed the Second Skin perk's effect not applying after death.[/p][/*]

  • [p]Fixed workplaces with add/retrieve functions have no input tip for hold interaction[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed player losing focus when opening a dialogue and radial menu simultaneously.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed the save menu losing focus after creating a new save file when using a gamepad.[/p][/*]
  • [p]Fixed the villager being unassigned from the bed, causing navigation issues in the population tab when using a gamepad.[/p][/*]
