[p][/p][p]Your report goes straight to our developers and includes the information we need for analysis. This helps us investigate and fix issues faster, without having to ask additional follow up questions first.[/p][p][/p]How to report an issue
[p][/p][p]You can open the Report Tool by pressing F1 on your keyboard. After that, you can enter details about the problem. Please be as specific as possible, for example the location, the situation, when it happened, and what exactly occurred. If you can also describe how to reproduce the issue, that helps a lot.[/p][p][/p]Technical topics are welcome too
[p][/p][p]Even if a technical problem isn’t clearly caused by The Bus, we still want to hear about it. Sharing what you’re seeing can help us narrow down the cause or suggest possible workarounds.[/p][p][/p]Performance note
