A new threat stalks the Zone. The Rotfang is a twisted mutant born from chemical corruption, bringing new challenges to deep-zone expeditions.

A terrifying new boss emerges from the sewers:
Wields a [b]unique weapon and armor[/b], both infused with chemical properties.
[b]Armor Passive Effect:[/b] Standing on chemical anomalies restores HP.
Pairs perfectly with the new [b]Chemical Grenade[/b], offering deadly combat synergies.

???? [b]Chemical Grenade[/b]
A deadly new tool of chaos. On impact, it spawns [b]temporary chemical anomalies[/b] on the ground, dealing area damage over time and opening up creative tactical options.
???? [b]Rotking’s Loot & Questline[/b]
After completing [b]“The Crystal”[/b], a new quest — [b]“Chemical Documents”[/b] — sends you back into the sewers to confront the Rotking. Defeat him and recover critical intel to [b]unlock the crafting recipe for Chemical Grenades.[/b]
⚙️ NEW FACTION: [b]THE INDUSTRIALS[/b]
A powerful new [b]end-game faction[/b] has appeared in the [b]Industrial Area[/b], unlocked after completing [b]“The Bridge to Zakov.”[/b] Speak to the [b]Barman[/b] and select the new dialogue option, [i]“Any news?”[/i], to begin your involvement.
Faction Gear
[b]Standard Faction Armor:[/b] 15% chance to deflect bullets — includes VFX and SFX.
[b]Boss Armor:[/b] Deflected bullets heal [b]25% of their damage[/b] back to the wearer.
[b]Unique Boss Weapon:[/b] A one-of-a-kind firearm wielded by the faction leader.
???? NEW AMMUNITION TYPES
[b]5.45x39mm BP[/b] – Craftable, high-penetration rounds.
[b]5.45x39mm Horizon[/b] – Exclusive to the new Horizon Boss.
[b]7.62x25mm Chemical[/b] – Craftable after completing [i]“Chemical Documents.”[/i] Dropped only by the Rotking.

[b]New Perks[/b]
[b]Rolling Start (Pistols, SMGs, Shotguns):[/b] After standing still for 1 second, gain [b]+30% movement speed[/b] for 2 seconds.
[b]Point Blank (Pistols, SMGs, Shotguns):[/b] Shots inside effective range have a [b]+20% armor penetration chance[/b] on full hits.
[b]Sticky Fingers (Hunter):[/b] Find [b]5x more Roubles[/b] in loot.
[b]Updated Perks[/b]
[b]Grenade Expert:[/b] Now grants [b]immunity to flash grenades[/b] and [b]your own grenades.[/b]
[b]Phantom Bullets (SMGs):[/b] Level requirement reduced from [b]15 → 11.[/b]
[b]Point Blank:[/b] Adjusted behavior — now triggers on [b]full hits[/b] instead of crosshair color indicator.
???? QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVEMENTS
[b]Ear Ring Volume Slider:[/b] Control the volume of grenade ringing effects separately.
[b]Ammo Type Indicator:[/b] Easily see which ammo type your weapon is currently using.
[b]Improved Item Tooltip:[/b] Now shows how many of that item you own in your [b]bunker stash.[/b]
[b]ESC Key Behavior:[/b] Consistently returns to the previous menu when navigating settings.
[b]UI for Active Injectors:[/b] Cleaner, clearer visualization of currently active injectors.
[b]Rain Sound Fix:[/b] Rain audio now correctly stops when the player moves indoors.
[b]New Achievement:[/b] Steam achievement for completing the [b]tutorial[/b] (unlocks automatically when
the extraction countdown reaches 0).

[b]New Quest – “Chemical Documents”:[/b] Introduces the Rotking boss and Chemical Grenade crafting.
[b]New Quest – “Base Building”:[/b] Unlocks after [i]“Valuable Item.”[/i] Tasked with constructing your first base module.
[b]Swamp Sewer Rework:[/b] Major layout and lighting improvements for smoother navigation and stronger atmosphere.
[b]New Extraction Point:[/b] Added a new extraction zone in the [b]south-west area of the sewer.[/b]
???? FIXES & ADJUSTMENTS
Fixed barman text [i]“Any news?”[/i] not displaying correctly.
Fixed crash on [b]chemical anomaly[/b] interactions.
Fixed solid wall misalignment during the [i]“Machinery”[/i] quest.
Fixed crash caused by player’s own [b]flashbang.[/b]
[b]Grenade Expert[/b] perk flashbang immunity now works correctly.
[b]Shotgun Slug[/b] ammo no longer has a minimum effective range limit.
Fixed [b]lighting issues[/b] in the sewer.
Fixed [b]dialogue display issues[/b] after [i]“Revelations.”[/i]
[b]TSU Scope[/b] can now be mounted on the [b]Wintar BK.[/b]
