Balance Changes
There's been 8 new towers released and lots of balance changes on others since the extra tower on Ruthless change was made into pure strategy, so it's no longer needed on all maps.
- Made Ruthless pure strategy no longer have an extra tower penalty decrease
- The following maps have an extra tower before the penalty is applied on pure strategy now (Same behavior as before on Ruthless) [list]

Bug Fixes
- Fixed Ruthless Temple of Polybius having the crystal be teleported to final arena on wave 18 start
- Fixed guardian obelisk damage increase being set to 30% by default
