Hi everyone,

The Steam Awards nominations have begun, and we've been asked to choose a potential category for Manor Lords' nomination. Labor of Love is what we've chosen, as the development of this game has been such a journey of love since its beginning.

However, Greg and I talked things over, and we honestly feel like the timing is off. We're so close to delivering the next version of the beta update released last month, but we've still got some final polishing and testing to complete. And until we have that new version in your hands, we don't really feel like we deserve any award nominations.

So we're doing the prescribed post and choosing a potential category for the game. But we think instead of nominating us for anything, we'd just ask you look forward to the upcoming version, and when it comes soon you give it a try and leave us your feedback on how you like it. In the meantime, if you'd like to know more about what is coming, we have a detailed Development Update from a couple days ago with some details (the first of many - we're going to be releasing those reports regularly going forward).
