Year 7 is On Its Way
Welcome to Year 7, Champions! We're back from winter holidays and we've got a lot to showcase to you all this week & in the coming update. For those not watching our Socials, we've revealed that Trials is returning (more on that soon!) as well as our lovely Dragrin friends on the way. There have also been a number of Item store teasers and reveals. We'll be explaining more later in the week, but we wanted to briefly chat about some of the initial polarized response. Paladins' Item Store is core to the gameplay experience, and something we have learned over time is a very fragile space for iteration. With that in mind, we spent a lot of time behind the scenes last year slowly developing an evolution of the store to emphasize the things players love. This includes new Items, reworked Items, and buffs to underwhelming Items. Our goal is to have an Item Store that truly reflects Paladins' history and strengths, while having some new aspects to help guide us into the future. We'll be releasing a blog later this month with tons of details, but until then keep your eyes out for when we release the Developer Update and Notes for 7.1 later this week!ICYMI: Latest Chronicle
