Possible fix for the flag spawn/move-in crashing bug
For all Offensive Random layers the random lights should be setup

If the radio goes down only spawntent, ammocrate, repair station and smaller weapons get destroyed. The rest will stay until a redzone moves over it, then it gets destroyed
