To kick things off, we’d like to thank everyone for taking the time to share feedback and submit bug reports in response to our Autumn 2025 Update. We’ve addressed a series of issues since 0.5.0, and we’d like to continue tackling these with another patch coming this week. A number of issues reported by the community are being addressed, including:
- Integrated Fireteam AI’s delegated interactions into the Command Overlay
- Order your team to plant C4, pull flags, frag tunnels, etc. from Command Overlay
- More fixes coming in the future (there are still some reports we haven’t been able to reproduce in our labs)

Animation smoothing across Fireteam and enemy AI

Various AAV fixes

And more
A full list of patch notes will be published when the update goes live. In the meantime, let’s take a closer look at Fireteam AI delegated interactions—they’re back and better than ever before.
Previously, Fireteam AI could be ordered to complete a variety of specific actions in addition to GO! Commands. These actions were contextual, meaning they’d vary depending on what’s happening around you at the moment. For example, pointing at a black flag prompted a “pull” command for the fireteam. While functional, this system didn’t integrate well with our new Command Overlay. And, it creates technical, systemic hurdles when considering new commands for the future.
With our upcoming patch, all Fireteam AI actions can now be executed through the Command Overlay. Now, there’s one consistent way to give contextual orders to your team, in addition to the basic GO! Commands, like Suppress!, Watch! and Move! In case you missed it, the new Command Overlay offers three big advantages:[olist]

It instantly reveals tactical options that are unique to each situation.

It broadens the number of commands you can issue your team.

It lets you issue complex orders with a tap.[/olist]It starts with our GO! Button. Besides offering the base set of GO! Commands, holding the GO! Button also displays 3-5 commands within the game world itself that are unique to each situation. Pointing at one of them and releasing the GO! Button executes the command. Now, to execute the same “pull” command, hold the GO! Button and release when pointing at the black flag. It’s that simple.
With this change, GO! Commands can be executed more reliably, from a further distance, and with improved Fireteam AI pathing. And, this system sets the foundation for new GO! Commands we may include in the future.
To wrap things up, please continue to share your thoughts with us! Our upcoming patch wouldn’t be possible without your comments, and we’d like to thank everyone for helping get Six Days closer to the finish line.
