Several patrol cars are now more stable to control at high speeds
Fixed a lot of visual issues
Fixed several car elements becoming invisible when changing them in the garage
Fixed CP Loss for asking about the ID of a car thief
Fixed supects fighting off the player multiple times when being confronted
Fixed missing options in the interaction wheel for NPCs who have surrendered
Fixed several issues with NPCs spawning on top of rooftops and closed-off areas
Fixed evidence at crime scenes being unreachable in the Northern Border Station
Fixed an issue with secondary inspection callouts where NPCs do not re-enter their car
Fixed several performance issues at the secondary inspection
Fixed NPC officers not being visible in multiplayer for the client if they don't own the Contraband Expansion
Fixed several missing elements in multiplayer for the client if they don't own the Contraband Expansion (including the shotgun, the handbook section, substance analyzer, and more)
Fixed being able to drive into the Desk Inspection Building
Fixed amphetamine not able to be detected with the substance analyzer
Fixed trucks driving straight through the weigh station without stopping
Fixed missing badge on undercover uniforms
Fixed radio chatter being audible in the garage
