In this first update of 2026 you will also find a number of weapon fixes, and DTC tweaks and fixes. The DCS: F-16C, DCS: AH-64D, DCS: F/A-18C, and other aircraft got some much-deserved avionics, weapons, and manual ajustments and improvements. And not to be outdone, our Campaign Creators were busy improving their products based on testing and valuable customer feedback. Read the highlights below, and check out the full changelog here.[/p]DCS Core
[p]Weapon fuze behavior and submunition performance continues to be refined in the DCS Core that includes improved bombsight accuracy for dispensers with altimeter fuzes. The AB-250 and AB-500 cluster bombs get new bomblet fuze settings. AB-250 dispersion is corrected when carrying SD-2. The SD-2 receives updated fuze logic and adjusted warhead parameters. New fuze options have been added for the CBU-52 and M117, and he SAB-100/SAB-250 sequence is reworked with new fuze selections. [/p][p]This update also addresses DTC GUI errors that cause empty Threat Tables, including those that occur after using the delete command. It fixes invisible static objects and resolves DCS-specific issues: Arrow navigation in the Airdrome tab, steerpoint highlighting on the map, and airfield-tab highlighting.[/p]
DCS: MiG-29A Fulcrum by Eagle Dynamics
[p]The DCS: MiG-29A update delivers a mix of stability improvements and avionics refinements that includes a crash fix tied to AEKRAN, corrections to canopy jettison handle behavior, and corrections to the Attitude Director Indicator (ADI) geometry. Russian localization is now available for single missions. The Infrared Search and Track (IRST) system has been improved with corrected target lock and display cues in Close Combat (CC) mode, improved scanning in CC mode, and new Optical-Tactical Symbology (OPT, known as NOLA) for gun and rocket targeting. The SPO-15 radar warning receiver gains more flexible Mission Editor failure options and new Data Transfer Cartridge (DTC) control over launch-warning logic. Broader database updates address tracking radar behavior and adding missing radar definitions for the Ropucha landing ship and Tu-95MS bomber.[/p]
DCS: F/A-18C by Eagle Dynamics
[p]The DCS: F/A-18C update fixes IR Maverick tracking issues caused by terrain objects or behaving unpredictably when tracking trains (both scenery and player-placed). The update also improves bombing accuracy by correcting the centre aim point for AUTO and CCIP when multiple bombs are released. Finally, a DTC-related issue was resolved: Failing to load the DTC could invalidate the Cue and Guard radio frequencies.[/p]
DCS: AH-64D by Eagle Dynamics
[p]The DCS: AH-64D has received an update to George AI, the helicopter's crew assistance system and its Fire Control Radar (FCR). The update provides clearer target identification (ID) labels, an improved George AI Target List display, and fixes issues when selecting and engaging multiple targets. This update also improves the AI Pilot Auto Handover option that results in smoother pilot-in-command transitions. Additional fixes address problems with the radar display, the Mission Editor Night Vision Goggle (NVG) setting retention, and the engine LOCKOUT/FLY mode recovery issue. The update adds an FCR Terrain Profile Mode (TPM) section to the manual. Other manual additions include instruction on the Player-as-CoPilot/Gunner (CPG) and Player-as-Pilot George AI sections, and the “Consent To Fire” command has been revised to a more accurately named "Multifunctional Input (Center)".[/p][p]Make sure to read the full changelog here![/p]
