Hello Deadsiders!
Today we launch our final public test of version 1.7!
There is a handful of new content that made it into this test, including the Explosive Bench, Improvised Grenades, and lots of new base decorations. Other areas to focus on are the rebalanced AI logic, game balance in relation to base building, looting, and PvE events, as well as bugs related to the new vaulting animation. Of course any feedback you have for us on the PTS is still very helpful!

Also included on the PTS is the content for our new years holiday event! This includes seasonal base decorations, new years weapon skins, decorated safezones, and Christmas trees with special loot crates! This event will be included with the release of version 1.7, so you will be able to collect these seasonal items in the released version.
If everything goes smoothly on the PTS, version 1.7 will release on December 9th as planned! Check below the instructions for the full patch notes, there is a lot to dig into. Included there are some awesome new features for the modkit that we know our modders will be excited about. Since modders can’t mod the PTS, public testing of these features won’t be possible until the release of 1.7 on the 9th.
⚠️One note before you begin testing, on the PTS you cannot currently place sleeping bags or tripwires inside of POIs. This setting was unexpectedly enabled by an issue which will be fixed on the release of 1.7. Additionally at the beginning of this test, only servers with an updated Mirny will be available. The team is currently working on starting PTS servers with procedural maps
