[p align="start"]Hello, Stalkers, This is the Dungeon Stalkers Ops Team.[/p][p align="start"]We are providing information regarding the account sanctions and item reclamation measures that occurred on September 24. [/p][p align="start"][b]\[Background of Account Sanctions][/b] It was confirmed that an exploit existed where dropping stackable items with a quantity of 0 inside the dungeon would allow their quantity to be increased. This was an issue that should not have occurred under normal circumstances, and the development team takes full responsibility.[/p][p align="start"]Accordingly, we conducted a full investigation of accounts possessing a certain quantity or more of Selectors or Consumables. While some legitimate users may have been included in this reclamation, the sanctions and reclamation were unavoidably carried out.[/p][p align="start"]This measure was promptly decided because if illicitly increased items flowed into the Market, it could significantly impact the game's economy.[/p][p align="start"]Although items acquired through legitimate means were planned to be distributed later, due to the urgent situation, prior notice was insufficient. We deeply apologize for not being able to provide sufficient explanation beforehand. [/p][p align="start"][b]\[Reclamation Status][/b] Accounts for which reclamation has been completed have had their restrictions lifted, while accounts with severe exploitation were permanently banned.
