A small hotfix is live on the Beta branch. Go to game properties/betas and select the Beta Patch branch.,

here's the fixes[/p]

• [p]upgrading behemoths and surveyors failed to subtract the required funds (oops) now fixed[/p][/*]
• [p]sometimes hammerhead small airships had incosistent turret scales[/p][/*]
• [p]leaders of a faction cannot be acquired thru subterfuge[/p][/*]
• [p]made upgrading a faction surveyor cheaper[/p][/*]
