Hello raiders!
Welcome to the second July entry. We love giving you a peek into our creative process, so we’re continuing our series focused on module development. This time, we’re introducing an imperial laser-class weapon.
Meet the K&B Beamplier, a powerful energy weapon perfect for raiders looking to break through enemy shields quickly. The Beamplier was designed alongside the gatling gun we featured in the last entry. It shares the same aggressive style and captures that apocalyptic galaxy weapon vibe. We went through more iterations for this one, though.

The laser’s structure is packed with detail. A thin metal mesh is all that protects the Beamplier’s battery, which delivers just the right amount of energy to this compact, easy-to-mount weapon. Power cables connect the energy core to the neural transmitter, a key component found in every module, allowing raiders to control them using only mental pulses.

The Beamplier looks worn, yet aggressive and violent, true to K&B’s style. It’s a frontier weapon for the exiles of Neterun, built for brutal clashes and ready to tear down as many defenses as possible to support a raider’s main job: eliminate their enemies.

This concludes our overview of the K&B Beamplier. Stay tuned for the next dev diary.
Farewell, raiders!
