Dark and Darker was our first step in that journey. Thanks to you, it became something far bigger than we ever imagined![/p][p align="start"]Over the past few years, under SDF, Dark and Darker's vision and long-term direction have gradually become clear and firmly established. In particular, during EAS8, SDF set game stability as the top priority and personally drove the decisions that built the strong foundation we stand on today.[/p][p align="start"]With that foundation in place and the game in a stable position, SDF has made the strategic decision as CEO to begin IRONMACE's next challenge.[/p][p align="start"]We are officially beginning development on IRONMACE's next project.[/p][p align="start"]This is not a pivot away from Dark and Darker. Dark and Darker is not being abandoned. It remains our most important core project, and we are continuing to support it with dedicated leadership, ongoing development, and long-term commitment.[/p][p align="start"]As part of this growth, we're evolving our leadership structure to ensure both projects have dedicated, focused direction:[/p][p align="start"]- Dark and Darker - Director: Terry / Co-Director: Paul[/p][p align="start"]- New Project - Director: SDF / Co-Director: Jounar[/p][p align="start"]Jounar has been part of the DaD team since the earliest days, contributing to both the core framework and the finer details of Dark and Darker. Going forward, Jounar will join SDF in pursuing new creative challenges on the next project.[/p][p align="start"]SDF will continue to lead IRONMACE as CEO while simultaneously serving as Overall Director, overseeing both Dark and Darker and the new project. Each project's Director will lead day-to-day development, while SDF as Overall Director will oversee the long-term strategy to ensure the game's core identity and vision are maintained.[/p][p align="start"]Terry has been leading the core development of Dark and Darker alongside SDF since the beginning. With a deep understanding of the game's design philosophy and development direction, Terry is ready to take the helm as Director.[/p][p align="start"]Paul has been part of the team since the early days of development, steadily expanding his role and contributing across multiple areas of DaD. His broad experience and dedication make him the right fit to support Terry as Co-Director.[/p][p align="start"]Under the leadership of Terry and Paul we truly believe the spirit of Dark and Darker will remain intact.[/p][p align="start"]We've brought in new talent specifically to be able to support both projects.[/p][p align="start"]The other core team members who built the game remain on the Dark and Darker team, and we will keep building and improving DaD for the long run.[/p][p align="start"]This marks an exciting new chapter for IRONMACE.[/p][p align="start"]We're growing, but Dark and Darker remains at the heart of everything we do.
