Season 31 is entering dangerous territory. Rivalries have reignited, old grudges are resurfacing, and a new mid-season Energy Storage payout is about to test a faster, more explosive season format. This Invasion Day will show how that new pacing plays out under pressure.
Here’s where things stand as the mid-season reset draws near:
- Albion Europe: A massive war broke out in Albion Europe. With two season victories already secured, the STORM alliance entered Season 31 aiming for a third. The same guilds continue their long-running war under shifting alliance tags, and this time Skoggangr stepped up to push for first place, now fighting alongside Contingent after their dramatic mid-war flip in Season 30. But STORM looked vulnerable. Take Care stepped back, Contingent downsized, and Kingtrixel united Woof Woof with EQMS, Clean Kill, Sevran, Scourge of GOD and others under the 93 Alliance banner. They stormed the inner ring early, outnumbering STORM and forcing brutal fights that lasted several timers. Territories fell. Hideouts were raided. Skoggangr lost a level 3 Hideout in Razorrock Valley and nearly another in Sunfang Cliffs. Then came the turning point. On the final shield, STORM held. Over the next days they stabilized, regained 20 UTC territories, destroyed a Woof Woof Hideout, and began to snowball wins. With Sevran folding last week, the war officially ended. Across all sides, nearly 35,000 players died. With an average ZvZ set worth 3 million Silver, that’s roughly 105 billion Silver in lost gear. And we’re not even halfway through the season![/*]
- Albion Americas: With ‘King’ Daliuess returning to lead IFures once more, the server has entered a calmer phase after Season 30’s chaos. Although we’ve seen pockets of action here and there in the inner ring, IFures now stand largely uncontested at the top. They’re on track to secure their fourth season victory, a feat achieved by only one other guild in Albion’s history. If they continue this momentum in future seasons, a fifth gem could follow. For now, the question isn’t who leads the standings – it’s whether anyone can still rise to challenge them.[/*]
- Albion Asia: Season 31 began with Maharlika declaring they would take the top spot after last season’s heartbreak, when their second-place finish was sniped at the last moment. Surely it can’t happen again, right? For weeks, they looked uncontested. Then Summers, the Season 30 winners, launched an aggressive push, raiding and conquering Maharlika territories throughout the day. The gap is now under 90,000 Season Points. With the first-ever mid-season payout arriving this Invasion Day, the race is suddenly very real.[/*]

Invasion Day is always volatile, but this one carries extra weight. The double-scoring phase begins as a newly introduced mid-season Energy Storage payout awards Season Points to the first guild that conquers a territory after reset.
