Outlands Changes
[b]Horizons[/b] makes the [b]Outlands[/b] more accessible and rewarding for solo and small group players, while keeping them worthy of guild conquest. [b]S.A.F.E. Portal:[/b]- New [b]solo teleport system[/b] located in Portal Towns, offering instant access to random Outlands regions within a certain range
- The portal charges a [b]Silver fee[/b] based on weight
- The player can return through the portal for a limited time [list]
- Certain actions, like collecting items from containers or performing trades, will cause the return portal to close
[/b]
[b]Crystal Creatures:[/b]- New creatures: [b]Crystal Beetle[/b] and [b]Crystal Cobra[/b]
- [b]Higher spawn rates[/b] for all Crystal Creatures
- Now [b]marked only in proximity[/b] to players
- Their rewards have been adjusted, but increased availability makes them a [b]reliable income option for groups[/b]

[b]Other Outlands Changes:[/b]- [b]Region Quality Scaling [/b]will [b]increase[/b] the rewards and difficulty of Outlands regions as you get closer to the center
- A new[b] Player Count Indicator[/b] shows [b]a range of active players [/b]in a particular region to help players assess PvP risk and [b]find fights[/b] of their desired scale
PvE Changes and New Challenges
[b]Dynamic Solo & Veteran Mob Camps:[/b]- [b]Camps shift location[/b] periodically and are only available for a limited time
- Players must earn Fame by killing mobs protecting the camp to unlock a personal [b]chest[/b]
- They can only be cleared once, [b]encouraging open world exploration[/b]
[/b]
[b]Mob Power Rebalancing:[/b]- Mob [b]power has been adjusted,[/b] with damage and health increases from T5 (+9%) to T8 (+42%) [list]
- These adjustments [b]don’t apply[/b] to: [list]
- Elite enemies
- Avalonians
- Corrupted Dungeons
- Hellgates
- Veteran Dungeons rewards have been rebalanced to suit their [b]intended group size[/b]
- Completing these dungeons in a group [b]grants bonus[/b] [b]rewards[/b]
- Dungeon [b]entrances will close[/b] shortly after entry, allowing players to focus on PvE
Other Changes
[b]Royal Continent Changes:[/b]- Some T5 [b]Yellow Zones[/b] have been upgraded to [b]T6[/b], and some T4 [b]Blue Zones[/b] to [b]T5[/b]
- T5 and T6 resource output from these regions will remain negligible in comparison to more dangerous zones
- This expands the content available in safe zones, without diminishing the appeal of full-loot PvP zones
- [b]Resource Hotspots [/b]offer large amounts of resources for a limited time in random locations
