Once Human highly values player feedback. We've established two dedicated in-game feedback channels: Customer Support for bug reports and the Co-Dev Feedback Platform for suggestions. This guide will show you how to submit feedback in the game.
Customer Support
Purpose: Bug reports, AI help bot, live customer support, recovering lost items, etc.
How to Access:
Menu button (top-right corner) > Feedback icon (right sidebar) > Customer Support/Suggestion > Bug Report




Co-Dev Feedback Platform
Purpose: suggestions directly sending to Devs
How to Access: Menu button (top-right corner) > Feedback icon (right sidebar) > Suggestion > Co-Dev Feedback Platform > Make a Suggestion
