[p]The server maintenance and update is planned for February 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM(PT)  and expected to last about 2 hours (actual time may differ). Please plan your game time accordingly for the best experience. The update size is approximately 2.7 GB on the PC client (NOTE: If the update is delayed on Steam, it may be downloaded more than once), 243 MB on Android, and 257 MB on iOS (actual size may differ). We recommend downloading the update over Wi-Fi.[/p][p]This update introduces: Custom Server's new RaidZone Mode card room mode customized parameters, Lightforge Loot Crate \[Zero Overture], combat balance adjustments, and various optimizations along with recent bug fixes.[/p][p]After this maintenance, all players will receive the following rewards: Starchrom ×1,000, Mitsuko's Mark ×100, Starwish Token ×300, Colorful Badge ×30, and Blueprint Conversion Attempts ×3![/p][p]Below are the details of this update:[/p]

Content/Feature Updates

Custom Server adds \[RaidZone Mode] card room mode customized parameter settings

[p]1. Added customizable options for card room refresh intervals. Server Hosts can now independently adjust reset timers for Green, Blue, and Red card rooms.[/p][p]2. Unlocked drop rule parameters for Supply Crates, Weapon Crates, and Material Crates in card rooms, allowing flexible resource allocation![/p]

Experience Optimizations

Combat Balance Adjustments

[p]1. We remain committed to maintaining dynamic combat balance, preserving freshness and strategic depth to deliver an evolving battle experience. This update includes the following adjustments:[/p][p]1) We identified that certain Deviation Battle Skills with weapon damage types sometimes failed to correctly calculate some Crit Hit and Crit DMG attributes, resulting in lower-than-expected damage. This issue has been fixed. Considering the instability from Crit Rate, we've increased the Battle Skill damage for affected Deviations: Butterfly's Emissary, ZapCam, Soul Summoner, and Lonewolf's Whisper.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where Polar Jelly and Invincible Sun incorrectly applied the wrong vulnerability type in practice. After the fix, they now correctly apply Status Vulnerability.[/p][p]2) In this update, we will uniformly adjust the damage type of Pathfinder, Pyroclasm Starter, and Additional Rules to Status DMG when charged. Additionally, to ensure these weapons can trigger Keyword in both charged and uncharged states, the Keyword activation condition will be standardized to "when shooting hits a target".[/p][p]3) We've observed that the Gilded Gauntlets provide slightly lower-than-expected benefits compared to other key armor, primarily due to insufficient Crit Rate leading to inconsistent overall damage. This balance update will enhance their performance.[/p][p]At the same time, we've noticed feedback from many Metas regarding Pathfinder and Octopus! Grilled Rings!—as high fire rate sniper rifles, their bullet consumption is costlier compared to other weapons. In this update, we will increase sniper ammo production in Non-RaidZone Mode, allowing Metas to use these weapons more freely.[/p][p]For more information, refer to the Dev Blog: [dynamiclink href="https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2139460/view/505101717860253828"][/dynamiclink][/p][p]To ensure a smooth transition, we will issue 3 Blueprint Conversion Attempts to all players after this update.[/p][p]2. Adjusted the summoning logic for combat Deviations. Now, Lonewolf's Whisper will appear fully synchronized with the Wolf Pack Assault skill effect, ensuring immediate combat readiness upon activation. We've also optimized the combat behavior logic of this Deviation and slightly increased its Taunt range. It will now more effectively draw aggro from nearby enemies, creating safer engagement opportunities for Metas.[/p]

Climbing Controls Upgrade

[p]1. Added Climbing Interruption: Greater mobility! You can now cancel climbing at any time by moving, allowing quicker tactical repositioning in dynamic battles or complex terrain.[/p][p][img src="https://clan.akamai.steamstatic.com/images/42949884/a9e9dbfee08064a047f368203f590ec47a0109b5.gif"][/img][/p][p]2. Smart Climbing Spatial Adaptation: Improved spatial detection during climbs. When reaching narrow areas (with insufficient vertical space to stand), characters will automatically perform an adaptive crouch for smoother transitions.[/p][p][img src="https://clan.akamai.steamstatic.com/images/42949884/444c2dcef5019328f41581dc15418c1b718b9d8d.gif"][/img][/p]

Pollution Zone \[Non-RaidZone Mode]

[p]1. Defeating enemies in the Phtasmal zones with matching attributes now has a chance to double loot drops.[/p][p]2. Crops planted in the Wild zone now have an increased chance to become deviated.[/p][p]3. The "Wildseed" Trait has been adjusted to allow for outdoor planting in Wild Pollution Zones, but the produce can be obtained by all Metas. Plants already cultivated by Gardeners in Wild Pollution Zones with the Wildseed Trait will also become accessible to other Metas.[/p][p]4. Optimized the display effect of Pollution Zone pin pop-up information for better clarity on existing traits within the pollution.[/p][p]5. Pollution Zone reinforcement effects can now stack in duration, with a maximum cap of 72 hours. Exceeding this limit will prevent further reinforcement.[/p][p]Note: Reinforcement effects will disappear after relocation. Metas are advised to plan carefully to avoid material loss.[/p]

Negative Whim \[Non-RaidZone Mode]

[p]1. A maximum of 2 Negative Whims can now exist simultaneously. Upon reaching the limit, no new Negative Whims will trigger.[/p][p]2. After clearing a Negative Whim, the same type will not re-trigger for a certain period. Maintain good Sanity and Survival conditions during gameplay to avoid Negative Whims.[/p]

Visional Wheel

[p]A new random tag, "Vein Surge" has been added to Visional Deviant Zones. When active, the first 5 reward chests opened daily in the "Deviant Feast" mode will grant doubled base rewards! (Note: Doubling excludes Legendary Mod Crates.)[/p]

Mods

[p]1. UI Optimization: The Mod interface now displays the remaining quantity and refresh cycle details for Legendary Mod Crates.[/p][p]2. Rule Clarification: Added detailed text explaining the Shiny Mod transformation rules for Level 17 Mods.[/p][p]3. Added a quick-access \[Mod Shop] entry within the Mod interface.[/p]

Scenario History

[p]Scenario Update: The "Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve" storyline now features more scenario-specific data summaries for a personalized journey. This update applies only to Servers created after the January 21 (PT) version release.[/p]

Market Bounties

[p]Bounty Reward Upgrade: Increased Starchrom rewards for high-level Martet Bounties.[/p]

RaidZone Mode

[p]1. Battle reports on the world map now display Territory destruction information during offline periods.[/p][p]2. Improved exit prompts. Please ensure to log out in well-defended Territories to avoid ambushes![/p][p]3. After this maintenance update, Territories cannot be constructed in areas beyond the Veil.[/p][p]4. The trigger interval for Alarm Traps has been reduced to 30 seconds.[/p][p]5. Enhanced the visual effects of Advanced Supply Cards in Card Rooms to make them more noticeable for Metas, while also optimizing the visuals of Supply Crates.[/p][p]6. Improved the display hierarchy of pins for Card Rooms on the world map, making it easier to view their global distribution when zoomed out.[/p]

Custom Server

[p]Optimized controller operations for Custom Server parameter settings, Server Host privileges, Player Management, Server Host Shop, and the Community Creation Program interfaces.[/p]

Shop

[p]1. Optimized pattern details for vehicle skin: Rift Racer.[/p][p]2. Improved blocking visual while aiming down sights for weapon skin: Starlit Emberweave-EBR-14 .[/p][p]3. Adjusted the logic for equipping certain personalized badges—only one badge of the same theme can be worn at a time, regardless of tier.[/p]

Other

[p]Enhanced the interaction and control experience of the quick wheel.[/p]

Bug Fixes

Shop

[p]1. Fixed an issue of the "Hymn of the Carnage" visual effect that affected the display of other Metas.[/p][p]2. Fixed an issue with abnormal arm display in the "Crimson Night Banquet" set.[/p][p]3. Fixed an issue where the Bottom piece in "Prism Speed" displayed incorrectly.[/p][p]4. Fixed an issue with abnormal partial effects for vehicle skin: Rift Racer-Ultimate.[/p][p]5. Fixed an issue causing abnormal flickering of flash effects when equipping a muzzle suppressor for vehicle skin: Starlit Emberweave-EBR-14.[/p]

Wilderness

[p]Fixed an issue in The Way of Winter Scenario where resource crates in the Fire Throat Sanctum settlement could not be obtained due to lava obstruction.[/p]

Class

[p]Fixed an issue where Beastmaster animals with Phantom traits like Bursting Phantom did not trigger other combat trait effects during attacks.[/p]

Item

[p]Fixed an issue where the icons for the Chaosium Lantern and Nightmare Lantern in the Hotbar did not update correctly when fuel was low.[/p]

Territory Construction

[p]Fixed an issue  on iOS where the game would stutter when the first screen opened after entering the game was the storage or namecard/avatar page.[/p]

Eternaland
